BeyondReach provides a secondary circuit that can support the customer’s failover strategy. The customer’s SD-WAN appliance, firewall, router, or other network equipment determines how that connection is used during an outage.

BeyondReach reviews the available carrier and path options for the customer location and engineers a secondary connection designed to reduce shared points of failure with the primary circuit. The level of diversity available depends on the site and the surrounding network infrastructure.

BeyondReach can provide Dedicated Internet Access or broadband as a secondary circuit.

DIA is best suited to mission-critical customer sites that require dedicated bandwidth, symmetrical speeds, performance-backed SLAs, and priority support. Broadband is a more budget-conscious, best-effort option when guaranteed performance and a formal SLA are not required.
